Located well above the Arctic Circle, Tromsø is known as the gateway to the Arctic and is a prime location to witness the region’s remarkable marine life and rugged landscapes. The surrounding waters and fjords host seasonal migrations, and here, ETERNIC will document:

  • Orcas, the agile hunters of the Arctic waters, often seen patrolling the fjords in search of fish

  • Humpback Whales, migrating through Tromsø’s waters, showcasing their awe-inspiring size and graceful movements

  • Polar Bears, the apex predators of the Arctic, wandering the sea ice in search of prey

  • Walruses, massive and social creatures that gather in herds along the shores, displaying a mix of strength and sociability

Lofoten Islands

The Lofoten Islands, with their dramatic peaks, remote beaches, and frigid seas, are a strikingly beautiful area where Arctic wildlife thrives. In these secluded landscapes, ETERNIC’s mission is to capture the essence of:
